The Christmas lunch was a disaster. However the hotel itself is fine and the wine waiter, Joshua, was a lifesaver!

Lunch service was incredibly chaotic and disorganized; Joshua Edobor, the wine waiter, was an exception - by keeping glasses topped up and being calm and FRIENDLY in the midst of a complete mess he should be given a medal.

My family and I had a wonderful time! The hotel is gorgeous, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and the food is divine. We especially loved the Grune Bar and the Sacher Torte. I'd happily return!

Our beautiful room was an oasis - aesthetically beautiful and incredibly comfortable. It was huge, with a bathroom with separate toilet/shower, which were of a good size, lots of marble and mirrors everywhere, with the chocolate soaps and creams proudly on display.
